  • What are the payment options?
    You can pay by debit or credit card from our store.
  • What is your return policy?
    Should you not be happy with any part of your purchase please contact us. We will accept returns within 14 Days of the date of purchase, as long as the items are returned in the unopened package.
  • What is the burn time for wax melts
    Typical burn times for wax melts are 6 to 8 hours but these times vary depending on the fragrance used, how many melts are used and house long you burn for. Burning for a longer period will mean the fragrance dissolves quicker. Wax does not dissolve so when the scent is no longer present it’s time to change. Adding two melts can extend this period
  • Can our melts be used in both candle oil burners and electric
    Yes our melts work in candle oil burners and electric. However we have found candle oil burners work much better with wax melts
  • Candle Care
    Please ensure you do not burn any candle for longer than 3 to 4 hours. Keep the wick trimmed after each burn Ensure your first burn allows the candle to achieve a full burn pool Keep away from Children
